Eliminate malfunctions through the use of diagnostic systems

Professional advice and training for system users
Needs analysis or determination of customer requirements for the IT infrastructure to be installed or operated
Knowledge of technical, business and organizational processes
Planning, implementation and expansion of network requirements
Constant updating of the information sources (partly in English)
Creation of system documentation, user manual and online help
Use project management and programming methodology to solve application problems
Install components to ensure the security of networks and, if necessary, maintain energy efficiency Evaluate existing systems and support customers in converting to more environmentally friendly devices
