Application for the EORI-Number
(Economic Operator Registration Identification). If you do not yet have an EORI number, you can use the

Commercial invoice, if applicable with a declaration of origin (for a goods value of € 5,999.00). We need the
Commercial invoice in 3 copies and signed in the original! For Switzerland, please in 4 times
Execution. For a goods value of over € 6,000.00, we need your supplier's declarations.

Signed customs authorization so that we can make the customs declaration on your behalf

Country of origin of the goods

Address and contact details of the exporter and the address of the buyer

Address and contact details of the recipient (if not identical)

Description of goods with tariff number

Number of packages (boxes, pallets, etc.)

Weight specification (for each customs tariff number)

Important: if you are not an approved exporter, the export declaration must be submitted to the responsible customs
