If you want us to handle customs clearance for you, thorough preparation is essential. Prepare Therefore, the following documents and data are available for us, so that nothing stands in the way of a quick processing:

• Application for the EORI-Number (Economic Operator Registration Identification). If you do not yet have an EORI number, you can use the Application form no. 0870 on the website http://www.zoll.de under Apply for forms.  Applying for a UK EORI-Number get here: https://www.gov.uk/eori
• Commercial invoice, if applicable with a declaration of origin (for a goods value of € 5,999.00). We need the Commercial invoice in 3 copies and signed in the original! For Switzerland, please in 4 times Execution. For a goods value of over € 6,000.00, we need your supplier's declarations.
• Signed customs authorization so that we can make the customs declaration on your behalf
• Country of origin of the goods
• Address and contact details of the exporter and the address of the buyer
• Address and contact details of the recipient (if not identical)
• Description of goods with tariff number 
• Number of packages (boxes, pallets, etc.)
• Weight specification (for each customs tariff number)
• Storage location of the goods for a possible customs inspection
• Frankatur (EXW / DAP / DDP etc.) 
• Responsible exit customs office (e.g. Kempten, Memmingen, etc.)
• Permit number: APPROVED EXPORTER if available.
• Value of goods for each customs tariff number, if applicable

Important: if you are not an approved exporter, the export declaration must be submitted to the responsible customs office To be announced 24 hours before packing and loading. Please note this when placing your order to us.
